Shipping and Returns
We aim to have all items posted within 15 working days plus delivery time and sent via second class or second class recorded. Please note if you select second class although we will get proof of postage if an item is lost we are unable to accept liability.
PLEASE NOTE ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER 8PM ON 22/10 WILL HAVE A 7 WEEK TURN AROUND AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY.
Can I return my item?
Due to all products being personalised we are unable to accept returns, unless faulty in which case a replacement will be sent out.
